Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash products including lash clusters, adhesives, and lash accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of damage or issue is required

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at thefanafamilycollab@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product condition. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the items.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
